Modalities for participation in the interactive dialogue: Online inscription in the list of speakers for States, United Nations agencies and international and regional organizations opens on 16 February and remains open for inscriptions until 24 hours before the meeting in which the interactive dialogue in question is scheduled to start. Afterwards, inscription can still be made at
hrclistofspeakers@ohchr.org . The lists close approximately 15 minutes after the beginning of each interactive dialogue. NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online and NGOs are requested to confirm their on-line registration at
